• Your account is involved in suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Continued operation of your account would breach PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
• You are a resident of a jurisdiction where use of the 55bmw5 platform is illegal.

Upon termination for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the specific nature of the breach and applicable legal requirements. 55bmw5 will provide a reasonable explanation for termination decisions where legally and operationally appropriate.

13.2 Termination by Player

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending final resolution of a dispute.
